2931 Missouri

The applicant wishes to remove a one story frame addition from the rear of the building at Pestalozzi and Missouri.  The addition was constructed on grade footings, the floor joist are severely deteriorated.  The front portion of the structure is of 1880's vintage and will be restored. 

This is not a tax credit project.  Cultural Resources is reviewing the request for the demolition.  Alderman Ortmann is familiar with the property and its condition and is supportive of the request.
