WHAT: Our neighbor Janet Lackey Schmalfeldt has won a writing contest for a "Ice Cream Social" event with ice cream for 100 neighbors. She would like to share her good fortune with the BPNA

WHEN: Sunday, September 2nd from 2 p.m. until 3:30 p.m.

WHERE: At English Cave Community Garden, Provenchere Street behind Illinois Street close to Benton Park.

DETAILS: This will be a free event. Ice Cream will be served first come first served till gone. We will put the garden's best clothes on so bring your camera, enjoy your friends and savor the rich flavor of Edy’s Slow Churn ice cream!!
