Sandy agreed to be the Mistress of Ceremonies, and Marian volunteered to prepare the visual images and arrange the projection of images; Nancy will prepare questions on science, Sandy suggested baby pictures of famous celebrities and politicians; knocking on the door of famous addresses and who would answer etc. Bill is attempting to arrange for the sound system and speakers for the event. The committee will propose to Jessica at Benton Park Cafe that the admission price would be $25 per person and that the cafe would serve food as part of the cover charge. Lisa and Daven would talk to Jessica and plan a suitable menu with Jessica. Nancy, Marian and Lisa planned to meet on Tuesday December 24 at Benton Park Cafe to talk with Jessica.
