NEW, MODERN APARTMENTS FOR SENIORS ON THE NEAR SOUTHSIDE

If you are 62 years old or older and able to care for yourself, these apartments could be just the place for you.

At St. Agnes you will find pleasant, worry-free surroundings where you can live independently, with a variety of Cardinal Ritter Senior Services services available when you need them.

Each of the 75 one-bedroom apartments includes carpeting, draperies, a fully equipped kitchenette, individually controlled heat and air-conditioning, and safety bars. All apartments are unfurnished so that you may furnish them to your liking.

All units rent for just 30% of the resident's adjusted income, and all utilities except telephone and cable are included. A modest monthly fee covers social and recreational activities.

You will find transportation to church, shopping and social events, plus coin-operated laundry facilities and a beauty/barber shop.

Also available…Cardinal Ritter Senior Services Health Promotion Services with a registered nurse available to you for periodic consultation.

On-site management is provided. Each apartment has two emergency pull-cords…for the bedroom and the bath. There is a resident-check each morning. There is a multi-purpose room for activities and services.

A Service Coordinator is regularly available to link residents with community services.
